FORUM CODE OF CONDUCT

Greetings Fellow Alumni:

This is just a reminder of the upcoming CANIDATE FORUM on 02/09/2019/ at 2:00 pm           

The Forum will be held in the MUTIPURPOSE ROOM which is located on the 2nd Floor of the STUDENT UNION BUILDING. Below are a few RULES that we will adhere to at/during the forum.                                                                       

FORUM CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. This is a FORUM not a Debate
  2. Round 1 will consist of each candidate introducing themselves and their platform. Each candidate has 3 minutes to do so.
  3. Round 2 will consist of submitted questions from our Local Chapters and Alumni
  4. Round 2 will allow Two minute per Question response
  5. Round 3 will consist of questions from the floor. Time will allot 7 questions with each question directed to 1 candidate of your choice
  6. No interruption from Other Canidates or the audience.
  7. All responses from the audience or canidates will be Civil
  8. Candidates: 1st Violation of the Code of Conduct will result in a 1 minute penalty on your next Question response. Audience violation will result in a warning.
  9. 2nd Violation will result in REMOVAL FROM FORUM PARTICIPATION

ALL 2nd Round QUESTIONS were submitted by the ALUMNI CHAPTERS of AALU and other ALUMNI selected by the NOMINATIONS/ELECTION COMMITTEE. This was to avoid question duplication.  

There will be an opportunity upon completion of Rounds 1, 2 and 3 to interact with the Candidates individually while enjoying refreshments!
